What to expect
It’s so Important that you find a therapist that feels right for you. I offer a consultation at discounted rate of £25. During the consultation we can discuss what brings you to counselling and how we might work together. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Counselling sessions are at a weekly or fortnightly basis. Appointments will be made at the end of each session for the following week. Payment is required within 48 hours of the booked session to hold your session time space. You can see more details by visiting the Fees and Cancellation page.
Therapy Space
I am based in Newcastle-under- Lyme, just a couple of miles from the town centre. I run my practice from a purpose built counselling room located at the bottom of my garden at home. This a calm, comfortable and confidential space for you to receive counselling. Where possible I am happy to make accommodations within the room to support or reduce sensory input or additional needs. There are fidgets, water and creative aids available during your sessions. Some clients like to move around the space, Some clients prefer alternative seating (sofa, beanbags or the floor). My aim is to help you feel as comfortable as possible.
There is free on-street parking available.
Accessibility: There are three steps required to enter the therapy room, so it is currently not wheelchair accessible.
