Therapy sessions at the Counselling and Psychotherapy Harbour last the duration of 60 minutes.

Once you have made initial contact with me, I will offer a consultation appointment at a discounted rate of £25. This consultation time will be used to discuss the contract, gather background information and answer any questions you may have. During this time we will also discuss the presenting issue, your hopes for therapy and ways in which we might work together.

My fee for therapy after the initial consultation is £45 per hour.

All fees are to be paid 48hrs in advance of our scheduled appointment. Unfortunately appointment spaces cannot be held without receipt of payment.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 48hrs before our scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are cancelled outside of the 48hrs will be charged at the standard rate. Additionally, appointments that have been scheduled but not attended will be charged at the standard rate of the normal sessions.
